This one really touches my heart. Gemma and Josef both helped me by reading testimonials for the last chapter. Every word was written in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament, but I couldn't do voiceovers in the chapel... so every word was recorded with a live stream of Jesus. 

Something that I haven't mentioned... so it has been surreal putting this together. On father's day I was reflecting on my life and growing up not having a father. Then I was reviewing the cover of the book in Spanish "El Poder Del Rosario"... and it hit me. My father's birth name was Rosario. Our Lady through her Rosary has brought me so much healing and peace... and then to be able to incorporate the kids into it just made it that much more special.

THE STORY: I want to share with you a small story of the Rosary and Mary's intercession.
On Good Friday I got a call from Ryan Bethea the Host of the Exorcist Files. He is also the co-host of a new show on CBN (Christian Broadcast Network). The show is called Heaven Meets Earth and it is all about miracles and the miraculous.

He wanted to have a show on spiritual warfare and one of the exorcists that he invited had to drop at the last minute. Could I come in?

Uhhhhh.... me? Sure, but uh... full disclosure I love to talk about spiritual warfare, but never has it been known that I speak about spiritual warfare without bringing up Mary 🙂

He was like don't worry. I am sure it will be fine.

Well... I was worried. I want to be respectful to their audience and true to myself.... and plus Mary is good news for all Christians not just Catholics.

SO... I was stressing. I arrived in DC on Easter Tuesday. Went to Dinner with Ryan told him my story and he was like you MUST bring that up. We were filming at the Bible Museum and I needed to go to Mass. The closest Church is St. Dominic's.

I am praying fervently. I look up and see an image of St. Dominic teaching the Rosary to the Albigensian's. In a moment I understood... "The Rosary is the key that unlocks all the doors. The Rosary is truly the greatest prayer." I just needed to teach them what the Rosary really is and share how it has transformed my life. Dominic failed at changing the minds of the Albigensians, it was only after spreading the Rosary that their hearts where opened. That is all I needed to do.

The Rosary is a systematic imaginative tour of the entire life of Christ. Yes... there are words that are said, and those words are sacred and holy, but the words without an intentional reflection on the life of Christ is like a body without a soul.  

ALL CHRISTIANS need daily meditation on the life of Christ. It went so so so so well. The hosts were completely receptive. To the point that the host Abby Robertson even said I need to try praying that, where can I get one?! And of course I had one for her. These two are true lovers of Christ.

It was such an incredible time sharing what we believe as Catholics with open minded brothers and sisters in Christ. I mentioned to Abby that if it wasn't for her grandfather Pat Robertson I wouldn't be sitting in that chair. And I told her of the story of how he gave Mother Angelica her first break and inspired her to start a TV network. She loved the story I told her about Mother Angelica's satellite dish. We hit it off... She shared how her mom recently passed away and she had been asking for her to intercede. That's how we view the saints in heaven. It was a beautiful time.  

Can you believe it!?! Mary allowed me to share the Rosary on CBN!?! Such a blessing.

Today is a glorious day for Holy Mother Church. All eyes were on Rome. I am a great lover of Pope Leo XIII... I was actually hoping that the succssor of St. Peter would take the name Leo XIV. Pope Leo XIII is one of my favorite Popes of all time. He was solid and holy. His encyclical Rerum Novarum was one of the first papal documents I ever read. He was also known as the Rosary Pope and put out more papal documents on the Rosary than any other pope.  

Leo XIV is off to an incredible start. When all eyes were on Rome, what did he do? He invoked the Mother of God and lead the entire WORLD in a Hail Mary. He entrusted it all to Mary from the first moment. Never has She failed. ALSO... very significant. Today is the feast of Our Lady of Pompeii. This fact not even the most devout Catholics know... but Leo XIV invoked her. Our Lady of Pompeii is essentially Our Lady of the Rosary. And in her official prayer there is a direct request to bless the Holy Father and to restore the triumphs of the Rosary. Our Lady Queen of Victories, pray for us!

I know some of you can't help but be nervous, but instead of wringing your hands, pray the Rosary.

(Pope Leo XIII also had an extraordinary devotion to St. Michael and requested that the St. Michael prayer be said daily. Today is also the feast of the Apparition of St. Michael. Many providential connections.)

St. Carlo Acutis will be canonized April 27, 2025.  

His parents gave an insightful interview concerning his life. That interview was published into a book. I was blessed to be asked to write the preface.
