My name is Spencer and I have had a crazy life. Addiction lead me to losing my freedom, I spent a year in jail and 5 years in federal prison. Today I train martial arts obsessively twice a day multiple days weekly with a former Olympian in judo and world champion in Brazilian jiu jitsu. I also went from a scrawny 135 pounds to winning prison powerlifting competitions. I add martial arts videos with help from my coaches who are the best in the game every Friday. I’ll be adding what’s worked for me in powerlifting and conditioning for martial arts. Prison stories are something I have a lot of, my stories are a cautionary tale to people about what it was like. I try me best not to cuss at all in any of my videos, and I don’t get too graphic with details that aren’t necessary, but I do tell enough that you understand what took place. I also want addicts to know it’s never too late to change, I’m living proof of that. Addiction is misunderstood and I want to reframe how people think of it.

These are saving lives, saw them for the first time six or so months ago. Don’t suggest using, but… NEVER use without them! When I relapsed and had to be brought back I used these. No shame on being safe and taking protective measures!

My buddy Pinto, who I was in federal prison with this coming up tomorrow. he did his first charge at 23 years old: 5 distribution and 10 for corruption (paying off four cops to rob the competition and leave his 2 million block alone). I spent two years at a medium security because I wouldn’t tell on Pinto. They left me in the hole for 87 days and told me they were going to ship me to “bloody Beaumont” which is one of the top, most violent and dangerous prisons in the federal system in the United States for that matter. They put me in a cell next to a crazy person who banged on the door all night try to get a break, but I did right by my buddy Pinto! After spending two years at the medium security (when if I had cooperated, I would’ve pippin at a camp with no fences) I was met with the heroes welcome from the Puerto Ricans and Pinto. I made a friend for life, one of the few people I know I can trust, and I know for sure he knows he can trust me. My voice to text to this, so please forgive any grammatical errors! You can see the gym coming along great! Pinto is going to help me tighten a lot up to make sure everything’s bolted down and secure and looking good for next week when we’re open to the public.

Moving my gym to my new location! It’s a strip mall with A LOT of foot traffic, where I’ve been is so hidden away it’s impossible to find unless you’re specifically looking for it and even then I’d have to go flag people down while staying on the phone with them until they got there. I’m going to be doing BJJ classes, MMA classes, cardio/fitness kickboxing, and personal training. Grappling is the main thing I’m offering, but striking 3 days and twice daily on each of those 3 days. I had a rough couple years, relapsing after 12 1/2 years clean because of my aunt dying and my finance turning out to be a no good scam artist hussey I spiraled out. I literally went insane and in full psychosis from using and staying up a week with my only sleep being a 3 hour power nap half way through. Not only did I not lose it all… I’m doing BETTER THAN EVER. Success is the best revenge, that’s the God’s honest truth. I give thanks to God for having brought me out of that way of living. If you still have a breath it’s not too late, and don’t let ANYONE ever tell you or convince you different because if you’re breathing you can turn it around today.

I’m starting a channel that will have all my MMA related content. It’s not just going to be an occasional “how to” instructional, I’ll be doing videos with picks the night before the fight (I guess right for an average of 85-92.5%, I bankrupted multiple gambling tickets in prison when people came to me for picks when they had UFC on the ticket), commentary and live discussion during every fight, and the history of each art (like Brazilian jiu jitsu, bad mf’s that stormed gyms and would fight anywhere to prove BJJ was the best art) which accounts for a lot of the rules and reasons things are the way they are in MMA today. I’ll have world BJJ, local MMA fighters, and boxing\bare knuckle boxing champs on as well. I’m also starting back up on this channel with the type of content I built it on originally, but I plan on having guests that will make it more interesting. I was involved in some wild and heavy stuff, and my friends aren’t run around flunkies. They have paperwork to prove it, and although the past is unfortunate it’s what you’re doing today that counts.

This is a jammer I bought for less than $1000 online… and it can STOP phone calls. As in you turn it on and the phone call is over for anyone standing within 50 feet of you. It stops 3G, 4G, 5G WiFi and phone service. It will stop a Ring doorbell camera from being able to record. This is what was used in an attempted robbery where two gang members tried to rob my mom‘s house with me in it, and I couldn’t make a call out so I kicked the window out and screamed like crazy. I wouldn’t cooperate when law enforcement arrived, so ironically I went to the psych ward because I kept my mouth shut. I’ll give a demonstration of how effective and scary this little walkie talkie size piece of equipment that’ll fit in your pocket can actually be tomorrow.

I’ll have to catch up on comments and get a video up tomorrow. I just got back from an AA meeting and have to be up at 6:30AM, so it’s for a good reason! It’s so great to be back to myself, I swear that poison is the equivalent of demonic possession. Between the visual and auditory hallucinations along with paranoia I truly lost my sanity. Thank God that’s done with!

Another long but productive day, and I managed to get through it clean and sober. I’m going to sit down and catch up on all comments to every video and post from this week in the next day or two, and I should definitely have another video up tomorrow night. It’s so good to be free from that garbage again. All but 3 months out of 12 1/2 years I was clean, but man did I go right back to where I was so quick it wasn’t even funny. Remember, if you’re clean don’t pick up that first one and it’ll all be okay. Stuff happens and life throws you curveballs, but don’t use/have patience and it will all work out in time!
