The F6UR Ideals explores humanity's great traditions of awakening.

Through original texts, timeless teachings, and modern discussion, we explore the perennial philosophy that runs beneath religion, psychology, philosophy, and mythology.

Inspired by six archetypal teachers: Buddha, Lama, Jesus, Mohammed, Krishna, and Plato, we seek the common truths that unite humanity's wisdom traditions.

Alongside readings from Gurdjieff, Ouspensky, Nicoll, Bennett, Jung, the Stoics, the mystics, and many others, we ask one central question:

Can a human being awaken?

Can we move beyond mechanical living, distraction, and unconscious habit to become more present, integrated, and fully human?

This isn't about adopting another belief system. It's an invitation to explore the world's great traditions, compare them honestly, and discover their remarkable unity.

Ancient ideals. Modern awakening. One human spirit.

‘This transfiguration of the human type in the middle of the Palaeolithic Age is possibly the most epoch-making event that has ever yet occurred in the course of human history up to date; for at that moment Sub-Man succeeded in turning himself into Man, while Man, in all the time that has elapsed since Sub-Man’s achievement made him human, has never yet succeeded in attaining the superhuman level which is the goal of our human endeavours.’

1,000 subscribers.

Thank you!!

When I started this channel, my hope was to share ideas that have genuinely changed my own life, and to find others who felt that the pursuit of awakening, truth, and a more conscious way of living still mattered.

To know that over 1,000 of you have chosen to come on this journey with me is something I don’t take for granted.

This feels like the beginning, not the destination. There is so much more to explore together, and I’m genuinely excited for what lies ahead.

Thank you for your support, your encouragement, and for being part of this growing community.

Here’s to building an awakened future that reflects the F6UR Ideals 🙏❤️

Hey everyone,

We're ridiculously close to 1,000 subscribers now (just a few to go! [well 63 to be precise]).

If you've been watching the videos and haven't subscribed yet, now would be the perfect moment to press that magical little button. ✨

And if you have already subscribed, feel free to spread the word to anyone who might enjoy the channel. Every share, recommendation, and subscription helps more than you might think.

The Algorithm gods must be worshipped!

It would be fantastic to reach 1,000 this weekend, just in time for the launch of The Alarm Course.

Thank you all for being part of this journey. I genuinely appreciate the support.

Onwards to 1,000! 🚀

Important update.

Only joking, it’s not that important.

But later on today, when I get home from work, I’m going live to talk about something I think most people rarely think about properly:

their inner life.

Thoughts, reflection, self-observation, psychology, books, meaning, consciousness… all that good stuff.

So if that sounds interesting, come join me live.

And if you’re out enjoying the sun instead, fair enough — you can always watch it later tonight… or tomorrow morning while recovering from whatever questionable decisions were made this evening.

See you later.

Most of us move through the day on autopilot.

We respond, react, plan, worry - and somewhere in the middle of all of it, the sense of actually being here slips away without us noticing it go.

The Alarm is a practice built around a simple but demanding idea: that it's possible to wake up inside ordinary life.

Not in a retreat.

Not in silence.

In the middle of the day you're already living.

I'm building a self-led course around this practice, and before it launches I've created a short assessment - The Alarm Readiness Survey, to help you understand where you currently are in relation to this kind of work.

It takes five minutes, and it will show you something you might never have considered about yourself.
