When you want to create something new in your life, have a clear vision of what that looks like.

Create your desired scenes with images you choose online or from printed magazines.

Place your desired images and scenes where you can see them often.

Create a vision board or book, frame them, place on your desk, bedside table, fridge, and mirror.

When you look at them, affirm this is you in the scenes, and this is now in your life.

Creating a NEW SELF, like an ALTER EGO separates you from your 'old story' and allows you to design your 'new story'.

If you're wondering if this is 'fake' or 'pretending', in my experience your ALTER EGO is actually your REAL SELF that you've repressed.

A good question to ask yourself when you're being your ALTER EGO is, "Who would I be if no-one judged me?"
