She has an overall experience of 22 + years in academics, counseling, and designing and conducting training and sessions. She conducts sessions on mental health, stress and anger management, POSH Act, effective communication skills, Problem-solving, self-esteem enhancement, Time Management, Conflict resolution and team building skills, Classroom Management, and Disciplinary Strategies for corporates and teachers.
