If you are looking for an incredible workout and trainer with actual motivating recipes this is the one. Never in my life have I ever been so motivated. I have so many food allergies and her recipes are on the safe food-lists for me. I had to share as I am planning out this channel as a transformation journey and mental health songs and support group for song tubers. I am usually a lazy butt Mom. But I’m not anymore and it’s such a freakin cure for ADHD and depression. I will post my new video tonight because it’s the beginning of something new, supporting others who are feeling discouraged by this whole new requirement for YouTubers to be monetized in February 2027. Together you are better with a community that has the same eventual goal. It should be about having fun too. Community and fun. 🤩

I was just niching down on my channel here to make the seo and niche very clear but after this sudden YouTube update on watch hour requirements, even though I am doing it for fun feels like I have had enough of this even being about myself and a selfish channel. My songs are for emotional healing and to help other’s know they are not alone in their Mental Health Journey. I am constantly changing looks anyways and this channel is about the song’s messages, not my personal vanity. This will be focused on faceless content so that anyone can identify with the message.
