As a blend of teacher and mentor, being a self-awareness coach means I am committed to supporting anyone who finds themselves stuck and wishes for something to change. I use our Lifeology tools, as well as the personal wisdom I have gathered through my lifetime of exploring how to create happiness and success.
Over three decades of experience in ego and mind wellness contribute to my expertise, including reiki, metaphysics, the personality studies of astrology and numerology, core characteristics and archetypes, as well as breath work and meditation techniques.
Everything I guide people through is to help get unstuck and is based on the foundation that I believe you have a personality blueprint. I feel most purposeful when I help you realign with your authentic self.
In conversation, I am talking about living consciously, whether it is about being vegan, life as a nomad and why choice is more powerful than love because you still need to choose to love.

My longest, happiest and healthiest relationship is with my Tarot cards, and lately, I’ve been aware that my cards don’t get to display their full majesty through my readings and teaching.
So, as one does, I started to share some tarot content on my social.
Then, as the socials do, the algorithm honed in and flooded my timeline with tarot readers of many different kinds.
Well, that triggered the spiritual guide and teacher in me. No wonder tarot has the reputation it does. The way I saw the cards being used speaks right into the disempowerment of trusting the unknown and yourself to wait for life to unfold.
Fearmongering is what it is! I’m not a ranter, so, I turned my frustration into a lesson and now you have the history of tarot and taking it back to its roots (which is how I have always guided and taught it)

I’m not the most eloquent fire starter. Most people would correct me and offer up tips or techniques to pile the wood, get the fire started, have it catch as quickly as possible, and make less mess while doing it.
That would remove a whole chunk of my personality. In so many ways, I’m strategic, neat, and efficient. When it comes to the fire making, it’s a slow burn, but it kicks in eventually.
It would help if I lit the fire more often, but I’ve become hypersensitive to criticism (that’s a lie … I have always been hypersensitive to criticism) so I hardly ever light the fire. When I do, it’s because no one is around and it’s either frozen fingers or make the fire. I use double the amount of matches, paper shreds, and firelighters than anybody else.
Yet … I still make fire!
Not the usual way, but my way! Messy! Slightly wasteful of time and resources! Still, I make a fire!
I realised through my time of being quiet online that I wasn’t ready to share anything because any advice would feel like criticism. Not saying anything prevents the influx of solutions, remedies and advice.
Just like making a fire in a smarter way, someone else’s way, is not the only way.
I’m sure there are times you feel the same way as me. The world is too noisy with someone else’s solution. The gospel of being the expert and debunking all the other ways of doing it pokes the fire of self-doubt.
There is something beautiful about self-awareness. The journey to meet yourself, despite all the external voices. To truly get to trust your inner voice and choose to do things your way. It starts with taking the time to get to know yourself. Your traits! Your behaviours! Your responses! Your confidence and low esteem in action! Then, you get to choose which advice you trust and when it’s okay to sit with your intuition and trust yourself.
Maybe it’s messy! Maybe it’s the long way around! No one may understand your choices! Some might think you are making a huge mistake … but if that’s how you choose to ignite your inner fire, and you aren’t afraid that the flame may go out and you will have to start all over again, then keep doing it your own way.
