Hello, I am back in the kitchen this morning after an unplanned week off. I am feeling better, so thank you for all the well wishes you sent me.
Today is a filming day and a canning day. I am processing fresh pineapples, and they are one of my favourite preserves for the shelf. I will also be using some diced tomatoes from my big cans and jarring those up as well. See you all again on Wednesday X
Okay, I reached out to you about naming my latest videos recipe (south west salad) Thanks for all the great suggestions. Here were a few that stood out the most. I will pop the poll below, I will give it 24 hours as I want to write up the recipe for you and get it up on the website.
Look what just arrived. Literal tears streaming down my face. Happy, grateful tears for such an amazing community. Thank you all so much. It has been a huge amount of commitment and work. Especially with the struggles of my Trigeminal Neuralgia and physical health. Here's to many more videos. Love you all ❤️
