Hurricane Milton has gone through an incredible phase of rapid intensification. We will be on the ground in Tampa this evening and streaming updates throughout the next few days.
Just returned home from chasing Helene and documenting the aftermath, this is one of the most extensive disasters I've witnessed. I'm hoping to have a video completed by next weekend, but it may take a little longer to edit.
In the meantime, you can look forward to an extended cut of our April 26, 2024 chase coming this weekend. Nearly an hour of raw tornado video from different angles. Stay tuned!
The NHC has released their first graphic for what should become Helene over the next few days. Hard to say anything for certain right now, but models have consistently shown significant strengthening up to landfall.
We will be heading out on Wednesday to get in position for this system. If you live anywhere near or in the track, be ready for a hurricane late this week.
