Thank you so much for the positive response to my Andy's Man Club video, tbh opening up was a very hard thing to do and felt a bit of a fool.
I didn't do the video to get the sympathy vote and I attended my first meeting last night.
I didn't participate, just sat in, totally appreciate the effort people make at Andy's Man Club and will attend on a weekly basis.
There will be more content coming on my channel regarding my journey through this mental health minefield. I hope you watch!
