Earrings I made in the last couple of months 😍

I've never really liked making earrings because I could never get them symmetrical. I'm not sure what has gotten into me lately, but I've been making quite a few pairs of earrings and I think it's growing on me.

I love these pairs, and this just proves when you stick to something it can turn out better than you expected.

I'm so pleased with these!

This past week I spent some time in the lab, ideating, and falling in love with my design process again. Not every design session is identical, sometimes I go into it with a clear idea of what I want to make, other times I'm just along for the journey.

These earrings were inspired by one of my hand chain designs, and I can't get over how exact it is to what I imagined.

Hi friends!

It's been so long since I connected with you all.

I stepped away from my business for a few months… and it wasn’t because I didn’t love what I was doing.
It was actually the opposite.

I realized that I was creating, but I wasn’t fully expressing myself. I was showing my work, I was making pieces, I was posting, but I wasn’t really letting people see me.

And I think a part of me was playing it safe.
Making things that felt comfortable…showing up in ways that felt controlled, instead of really being honest about where I was in my life.

And during that time away, I started going through a lot personally...

A lot of healing.
A lot of reflection.

Just really sitting with myself and asking…
‘What do I actually want? Who am I becoming?’
And I realized something that kind of changed everything for me…I don’t want to just create jewelry.
I want to create pieces that actually mean something.
Pieces that reflect transformation… growth… evolution.
Because that’s what I’ve been going through.

And that’s when it clicked for me…
This brand, this isn’t just about accessories.
It’s about identity.
It’s about the woman who is evolving…
who is rediscovering herself…
who is stepping into a version of herself that maybe she’s never fully expressed before.
And I realized… I can’t create for that woman if I’m not willing to show up as her myself.

So what’s different now?
I’m not hiding anymore.
I’m not trying to make things that feel ‘safe’ or ‘acceptable.’
I’m creating from a real place.
I’m showing up more honestly.
And I’m allowing my work to reflect where I actually am in my life.

And if you’re in a season where you’re changing…
where you’re outgrowing old versions of yourself…
where you’re starting to want more for yourself…
I see you.

Because that’s exactly where I am too.

And I’ve been working on some new pieces that really reflect this version of me…
And I’m excited to share them with you.
Not just as jewelry…
but as something you can connect with.

This is a new chapter for me.
And I’m really glad you’re here for it.

Do you remember this pendant necklace I made a few months ago?

I've been dreaming of ways to take this design a bit further to create a more lace-like aesthetic. There are a few ideas that I'm playing with and will be sharing them in my next video.

This time around though, I want to take you all through my design process. From sketching ideas, to deciding which gemstone to use, and then of course a detailed tutorial ✨

The new video is up, and man am I rusty 😂

Loc Jewelry is one my favorite items because they're so easy to make but look sooo pretty especially when worn. I usually make these for my wife and I used to sell them when I had my Shopify store.

I'm already feeling the Christmas vibes so I paired the loc spring with this stack of Red and Gold glass beads. These designs, like any other can get really intricate if you choose to but let me know if you give this one a try.

This coming Sunday's video, we’re going to tackle what I think is maybe a beginner friendly to intermediate, more intermediate project.

If you consider yourself a beginner to wire wrapping but have some experience, and you are looking for a challenge, this is a pretty good project to kind of up your skills a little bit. Aaaand you get to tackle something that will definitely give you some opportunities to try some new techinques.
