A year ago I ran an experiment.


I kept hearing that the job market was broken. Brutal. Every negative B word. Basically f*cked.


So, I thought 'How bad could it really be?' and applied to 1,000 jobs.


Turns out, they were right. Surprise.


Every posting had 200+ applicants. Fake listings and expired roles everywhere. And ghosting is the new standard practice.


I got ghosted 956 times.



So, after seeing hundreds of you drowning in the same nightmare, I'm building a lifeboat.
