The piece is inspired by a favourite pastime, Cloud Watching. On a summer day, lying down in the garden, looking up at the sky, watching the ever changing shapes of the clouds, it’s Mindfulness in nature, empty the mind and recharge… in slow motion.
This is also the title track of my new album which I will be releasing throughout the year.
