The story of the "Breakdancing Monks".

Once upon a time - at our wedding. Our jester had an act where he’d juggle knives over two people... that were laying down.
Right.
Anyone not in costume were given a monks robe to blend in (100% of the women were in kit). Two people volunteered to lay on the floor. One guy dressed as a monk and (as it turns out) my stepfather... dressed as a Bishop.
Knife juggling commences.
Right.
Once the knife juggling was done, the two clergyman then clamber to their feet... and the photographer snapped it at the right time.😅
Looked like they were breakdancing.

All occurring at the medieval hall in Salisbury.

Don't worry. Not forgotten you guys. Putting the final touches to the william marshal finale.
Its around an hour long.

Then, I'm off to Spain for 9 days. Torremolinos 👍

Then back to focus on the Anarchy 👍

Uploading a vid later today. Boy its been one of them months. Working the Willy Marshal finale.
Right 😆
30 minute long episode... that turned into 40 mins. Which turned into 50.
Okay. I'll split them in two. Good.

Then i realised that 20 minutes won't make a good episode. That's when I announced the delay. Cool. Nice. All caught up.

Only i followed this rabbit down a hole, and realised that ... hang on... I've missed the entirety of the Hampshire campaign. Plus an important incident with Cardinal Bicchieri.

Suddenly the episode was very clunky and unwieldy.

So again, split them in two.
The first part dealing with Hampshire and surrounding events.
The second jumping into Lincoln.

Well. There's the excuses. Boy I made a pigs ear of it.

Thank you for the cast iron patience.

(This is why i don't usually say how long series are. They are as long as they need to be) 😆

Okay. I've completed the marshal finale... but I'm not overjoyed. Feels rushed and I want to explore more into the "marshals curse".
My plan is to add extra time and do it justice.
An extra long episode, like king john.

Not just a 30 minute regular.

So my plan is, a Monday release.

Another reason is ... I'm in Spain for 10 days. So am also competing episodes (salisbury 5, Anarchy 1, and Bath 1). As well as re-editing Henry 1... so it flows directly from the Marshal. )

I've chosen to delay the next episode of William Marshal my a day... why? Because the laptop keep overheating. We're having another heatwave 😆 So am having to find inventive ways to cool down the machine.

Just got back from London. Was supposed to be back yesterday. But ended up getting delayed a day.

In a nutshell. Funeral (Abi's dad).
I wasn't planning on going initially. So never mentioned it.

I'll try to get the next vid up tomorrow. Failing that. Sunday. I know you chaps and chappetes will understand. I just thought you deserved an explanation.

But, on the brightside. Got some good London footage.

In the pub, working on the Anarchy script. Just building the structure. Working out where im going with it.
My aim is to complete the whole series... THEN release it.

Don't fret.
I only write the serious stuff sober. The pub is where're gags get added 😆
