And then — go back to your five original events from Day 1 and re-rate every single one without looking at your original numbers first.
Then compare.
Write down every shift. Big and small. That is your proof. That is what your nervous system did this week.
One week of showing up. One week of doing the work. And the numbers will tell you what changed.

That thing that keeps happening? It has a root. 🌿
One moment at the surface. Four levels deep underneath.
Surface: I guess I didn't say that right in the meeting.
Tabletop: Things never work out for me professionally.
Limiting Belief: I always mess up when it matters.
Core Limiting Belief: I am not smart enough to succeed.
Same person. Same pattern. One core belief holding it all up.
You cannot skip to the foundation. You work the events first. Clear the events — the tabletop collapses. That movement shifts the limiting belief. And finally the core belief becomes reachable.
That is the long game. And this week — you started it.

She couldn't speak above a whisper. Couldn't turn in a job application. Couldn't let herself be seen. This is what changed. 🌿
