A lot of folks criticize hunters without truly understanding the heart behind it. The hunters I know are some of the most respectful, knowledgeable stewards of wildlife and the ecosystem. They don’t hunt out of impulse — they hunt with intention, patience, and deep appreciation for nature.
Most days in the woods, they don’t even pull the trigger. It’s not about the kill — it’s about connection, balance, and sustainability.
Personally, I’d rather eat one ethically harvested animal from the wild than support the mass farming system that disconnects us from our food.
Hunting is conservation. It’s not for everyone — but it deserves respect.
