In the Philippines people often play audio out loud on their phone in public. No idea why they're doing this!

If I’m nearby, I tell them to use headphones.

Most of the time they comply and apologize.

But sometimes they just stare at me… deer in headlights, mouth open, like: “wait… you can actually say something about this?” 😅
