Based on recent YouTube changes, I am adding end screens back into my video and asking people to like and subscribe.
I stopped doing those things years ago. But you may have heard from other channels that many channels, especially faceless channels, are getting a lot less traffic from YouTube.
A couple years ago, YouTube embraced AI, including a number of tools for video creators. (I never used them.) It backfired. The platform has become overrun with slop. AI channels are getting monetized quickly and pulling a lot of the creator revenue fund. (Possibly due to dead internet theory.)
Now YouTube is adjusting, but a lot of channels are seeing their traffic decline. That's why I am encouraging people to subscribe, like videos, and explore other videos you might be interested in. And please, use your Subscriptions panel instead of relying on notifications.

I've had a mad release schedule lately. Since the middle of April, it has been more than my usual 3 videos a week. July will end with videos released every day except July 2nd and 30th. Thankfully, that is calming down soon. Between Creo 13 and Mathcad, it got a little crazy. August I will be ramping back down again.

Congratulations to Spain on winning the 2026 World Cup!
These are coincidences of course, but the winner of my last Super Bowl in the United States was my Philadelphia Eagles. The winner of the Super Bowl during the last NFL season when I left the US was my Seattle's Seahawks.
Then my first year in Spain, and Spain wins the World Cup. It's quite a string.

This past Sunday I released a video on Contour Plots in Mathcad Prime. Then about 3 hours later, I accidentally stepped on it with an Onshape video I had forgotten I had scheduled. Anyhow, when I was reorganizing my Mathcad playlists last weekend, I realized I had some gaps in information, specifically around plotting. To address that, I am releasing new Mathcad Prime videos for the next 4 Saturdays. That way, the playlists will be more complete for people trying to get up to speed.

If you go to my Google Shared Drive, I have updated my PDF of Mathcad playlists to version 2. Please download and share it.
Over time, as you create more and more videos, playlists can become unwieldy and need a little reorganization. Reminder, my channel is based around playlists, not individual videos. (Some people complain when I don't repeat something in a video that was covered in another video.)
I made these PDFs because my videos don't come up in Google searches like they used to. Google searches for YouTube videos now prioritize things like channels with memberships or videos that tag products for you to click on. I don't do either of those things.
Along those lines, I stopped promoting myself in videos. If you can "like" videos and posts, that helps them reach a wider audience.
