Hi, I'm Neil, a former cancer research scientist and depression survivor. I was undiagnosed for about twenty years. but, looking back, I was obviously depressed (major depression/clinical depression/dysthymia) for decades. 💙

After life events caused me to seek help, I started therapy in 2020. I've now done five years of therapy. As my mind came back online, I felt drawn to understanding the biology and psychology of depression, so I read book, listen to podcasts and watched many, many videos! 💙

I'm now sharing what's I've learned to help others, by reaching out to them where they are, with depression advice and tips so that they can recovery from depression and anxiety. and experience the joy of being able to feel feelings and have vitality and energy surge back into their lives. 💙
