Have been sick these past few day's feeling sluggish. With a blended smoothie of Strawberrie's and bannana's and chia seed's to top it off. Will get you through the morning. Bannana's are good source of fiber . This was blended with Almond milk you can use any milk of your choice. Protein in the morning for me is a must and hold's me over to lunch 🍓 Have a wonderful wendsday and keep flavoring your mind's 😉
