The cannabis and hemp industry has a fraud problem. I prove it.
I investigate lab fraud, fake COAs, and label deception in the hemp and cannabis industry — using real test data, independent re-testing, and hard math. When a label says 30% and the actual test says 20%, I show you exactly how they're lying — and who's doing it.
🔬 What you'll find here:
Fake lab exposés — COAs signed by labs that don't exist
Potency inflation — how brands inflate THCA and THC numbers
Label fraud breakdowns — the math behind the mislabeling
Supply chain oversight — what real accountability looks like
Consumers deserve safe, accurately labeled products. Businesses deserve a fair playing field. This channel exists to hold the industry accountable — one COA at a time.

A licensed Oklahoma processor submitted a Certificate of Analysis showing 19.45% THCA on a product currently for sale. I had that same product independently tested. The result: 0.32%.
That is not a labeling error.
That is not a rounding discrepancy.
That is a 98% gap between what a consumer is told they are buying and what is actually in the product.
The lab results also returned a positive detection for cadmium, a dangerous metal.
I have the documentation. I have the COA. I have the independent test results. I have the math.
The full investigation will be published this week.
