One of the signs of central nervous system healing apart from your narcissistic abuser is when you are actually consciously building your life by doing the things you really want to do, in absolute defiance of whatever restrictions that abuser had put on you. You only have this one life. Don't waste it on hindering yourself from doing what you really wanted to do.
