“Bring back bullying!”
Bullying never went away unfortunately.
People DIE from that you know? Words can be stuck in someone’s head and change their mindset for the worst. Cyber bullying also counts. Even if they turn off the phone, the person is still going to have those words in their head. Bullying is not okay and shouldn’t even be normalized. Many people take their own life’s because of it.
I was once bullied by my elementary school “best friend.” I trusted her for 6 years and then she turned against me. For not being like the “cool kids.” Cool doesn’t mean being homophobic, or being rude to those who have different interests than you. I had SUICIDAL THOUGHTS because of that. I was too scared to even tell the teachers or my parents because I was too attached to my “friend” and didn’t want to cause conflict. I didn’t have anyone to go to because I was too scared to socialize with anyone. I was too young to understand that she wasn’t good for me anymore too. I was sensitive too.
Please don’t bully anyone for their skin, religion, disability’s, interests, dislikes, culture. There will be that chance that it could end someone’s own life.
Im glad I didn’t attempt but PLEASE DONT DO IT IF YOU’RE PLANING TOO. Every should still have something to live for. Whether thats being for a friend, family, a stranger even, your life long goal, to meet your idol.
If no one cares, that’s wrong because I care. I may be a stranger but I care. I know it seems so difficult right now but keep pushing forward, try not to let the meanest words come to you.
I’m honestly not the best at giving advice to those people whose mental health isnt good but I’ll still try. I want to help someone. 1. Write your thoughts down, maybe to a friend, family, on a piece of paper, text. You will also be free to share in my comment section :). 2. Do something that makes you happy. Listening to music, watching a video or a show you like, or a hobby. 3. Taking care of yourself. Brush your teeth, take a bath or shower, have a meal, eat whatever you want, taking care of homework or other tasks. Btw if you wanna lose weight PLEASE DONT STARVE yourself. That’s only going make you lose energy and possibly starve to death. Instead eat more healthy foods like fruits and vegetables! You will still be free to eat whatever you want!
