I've been thinking about the conversation we started yesterday, about that valuable knowledge you have that everyone else seems to see but you.


It led me to a deeper question: Why are we, the experts, always the last to know our own worth?


I think it’s because of the quiet voice in our heads. The one that whispers, "Who am I to teach this?"


That voice remembers every mistake we've ever made. It expertly reminds us of all the people who seem more qualified, more polished, more "expert" than we are.


It takes our years of hard-won experience, the very thing people want from us, and cleverly re-labels it as "common knowledge" or "nothing special."


It's a strange paradox, isn't it? To be able to solve complex problems for others, but to be completely stuck when it comes to seeing the value in ourselves.


But what if that voice of doubt isn't a sign that you should stop?


What if that feeling of fear is actually a compass? A sign that you are standing right at the edge of your most significant growth. A sign that what you have to share truly matters to you.


So today, I'm not asking you to download anything or click any links.


I'm just inviting you to do one small thing.


Take 30 seconds and think of one person you've helped recently. It could be a colleague, a client, or a friend. Picture their face after you gave them that piece of advice, that solution, that little bit of clarity they were desperately seeking.


Remember the look of relief? The gratitude?


That feeling right there? That is the true measure of your value.


It's not measured by your own self-doubt.


It's measured by the impact you have on others.


Remember that today.

There’s something you love doing.
There are problems you’ve helped people solve in the past.

People keep asking you the same questions about a particular thing over and over.

All these point to something you already have that is truly valuable.

Something people are willing to learn from you.

Some people have even drawn close to you because of that same thing they’ve seen in you.

They want to associate with you so they can tap into it.

Sometimes, you’re the only one who doesn’t see your value.

It’s very possible for everyone around you to see something special in you, while you yourself are not even aware of it.

And the sad part? When a crafty person spots it before you do.

They’ll simply leverage it and milk all they can from it to build their own empire.

This is not to say it’s wrong to build another person’s empire.

I personally contribute every day to building other people’s empires through my work.

However, that has to be duly compensated.

When the compensation is nowhere near the value or results you’re bringing

And you’re spending your time (your life) on that cause, then it’s not worth it.

But that only becomes useful when you’ve discovered what you carry.
