A reminder as we move through winter 🤍
January may feel like it’s supposed to be a fresh start, but I don’t believe this is the true new year.
Winter is a season of rest.
Nothing in nature is starting over right now.
Animals are hibernating.
Seeds are waiting.
Everything is still.
So if you’re feeling unmotivated or heavy, that doesn’t mean you’re failing, it means you’re human.
This is a time for reflection, not pressure.
For grace, not guilt.
Spring will bring momentum and growth.
Until then, it’s okay to slow down.
You’re not behind, you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
