Ecclesiastes 7.8 _ The end of a matter is better than the beginning..
The carnal mind is hostile towards God. God in human flesh (Jesus)on a mission to save the lost world was met with hostility both from the world and the religious sector. They never knew who they were crucifying or rejecting.
God is Spirit and the only way to know Him deeply is to walk with Him in Spirit and in truth.
Isaiah 55.8 _ For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the LORD.
It is a great faith to believe God when you understand what He is doing in your life _ It is an even greater faith when you don't fully understand what God is doing in your life but still trust, obey and follow Him as He leads to the complete picture of His plan.
1 Corinthians 1.19 _ 'I will destroy the wisdom of all who claim to be wise. I will confuse those who think they know so much.'
We are in the days when good is called evil and evil called good _ no discernment, no close walk with Jesus.
The LORD has given more than one warnings/invitations that the Rapture is upon us. Love not the world for he who does so, the love of the Father is not in them.
As it was in the days of Noah, people continued with business as usual until the flood took them away. The flood(Tribulation/Judgements) is coming. Be ready.
Matthew 5. 11 _ Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12 _ Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
Ezekiel 33.3 _ when the watchman blows the trumpet to warn the people, 4 _ then if anyone hears the trumpet but does not take warning and the sword comes and takes their life, their blood will be on their own head. 6 _ But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet to warn the people and the sword comes and takes someone's life, that person's life will be taken because of their sin, but I will hold the watchman accountable for their blood.
