Most of the guys I work with used to be in pretty good shape. Then work got busy, weekends got looser, routines out of control. Nothing dramatic. Just… gradual. I’m not big on hype or extremes. It’s usually just about getting some structure back in place so training and food aren’t this constant mental battle.
This channel is basically the same conversations I have every week with clients. The stuff that actually comes up.
