My name is Roshni, and I am so grateful you are here today.

I am offering this silent meditation to connect with all of you who wish to connect more deeply — with yourselves and with others. I truly believe that when we pray or meditate together, we create a stronger, more positive vibration. Even in silence, we are united.

Please find a comfortable seated position. Gently close your eyes if that feels okay for you.

Begin to observe your incoming breath…
and your outgoing breath.

Simply watch the breath as it flows in and out.
There is nothing to change.
Nothing to control.

Just observe.

If your mind wanders, that’s completely natural. When you notice you are distracted, softly and gently bring your attention back to the breath. No judgment. No force.

Be loving toward yourself.
Be gentle with yourself.
Just be with yourself.

I will be meditating for 30 minutes today.
