Hey friends! Happy 2025! I've had several questions lately on when the next pantry update will be. I apologize that I didn't make this very clear in the initial pantry video, but...

The pantry will be a VERY SLOW build out. I am building the individual cabinets for the space one at a time and I'll be sharing most of those in their own separate videos (one of which comes out today!). For every hour I spend editing plans and a video for each individual cabinet, that's time I'm not spending building the next one. So bear with me--it will take time to get it all designed, built, edited and installed. Plus, I'm intentionally taking my time because I want to love it when it's finished. I estimate it probably won't be finished until spring-ish.


Also--I have several other unrelated projects to work on between building out the pantry :) And I'm excited to share those along the way as well. Thank you so much for your patience and for following along all my crazy projects!

Hey friends! I’ve been getting a lot of requests lately for a “shop tour” video. This may sound silly, but I don’t really know what that means. Since my shop is pretty much just one big room and you can usually see all of it in any given video, I’m not sure how to give you a “tour” that would be anything you haven’t already seen. I’d love to hear from you—what would you actually like to see in a shop tour video?

Hi friends! Happy New Year 🥳
I hope your year is off to an amazing start. Things have been slow around here since the holidays (well, not really…there’s been LOTS of admin work—tax prep, project planning, catching up on emails—but not a lot of building/video making).
So I’ve been absent the last few weeks. I’m sure I’ve missed you more than you’ve missed me 😆🤣
BUT, I’m excited to get back into the shop and share a new project video with you NEXT weekend! Thanks so much for being a part of my woodworking adventures and I can’t wait to see you next week. Hey friends! Just for those wondering how much weight the shelves can hold on the project I posted this weekend….here’s one of the shelves full of textbooks and other books and it’s holding just fine. Didn’t budge, not sagging, didn’t creak or pop while loading it down.

I don’t know how much this weighs, but I just wanted to share that…here’s proof it can easily hold a shelf full of books.

Happy Saturday, friends! I had planned to share a new project video with you today, but I just wasn't feeling the project once it was finished and I didn't have time to get something different put together. Sometimes I build things I'm just not excited about and this was one of them, so I decided to spend time starting a new project vs editing down this one. So, I'll try again next week!
