Parabenizo à um dos mais antigos estúdios de cinema do mundo que nesse ano de 2025 estão comemorando sua celebração especial de 90 anos como "20th Century Studios".

Também no mesmo ano de 2025, eles celebram o seu 90º aniversário da sua marca antiga como "20th Century FOX" desde que as subdivisões da Twentieth-Century Pictures Inc. e Fox Film Corporation tenham se fundido para a criação do que seria definitivamente um dos, se não, O estúdio multinacional de filmes e empresa distribuidora de entretenimento mais famosa de todo o mundo.

E só para concluir isso com mais um detalhe para todos vocês que estão aqui:

Lembrem-se o momento que tinha acabado de ocorrer naquele dia 17 de janeiro de 2020, assim que depois do período exato que a Walt Disney Company tinha comprado a 21st Century Fox do seu dono e CEO anterior Rupert Murdoch por um valor bem enorme, que valia mais ou menos, bilhões e bilhões de dólares estadunidenses, eles tinham anunciado que o estúdio mudaria o seu nome antigo para "20th Century Studios", muito provavelmente para evitar qualquer confusão com a recentemente separada Fox Corporation que foi montada antes em 2019, assim substituindo de fato a palavra "Fox" por "Studios".

Happy 90th Anniversary, 20th Century Studios (former FOX)!!!

Cheers to one of the world's oldest motion picture studio that in this year 2025 they're celebrating their special 90th anniversary celebration as "20th Century Studios".

Also in the same year, they celebrate its 90th anniversary of their former brand as *"20th Century FOX"* since the Twentieth-Century Pictures Inc. and Fox Film Corporation subdivisions have merged way back in 1935 for the creation of what would definitely be one of, if not, THE most famous multinational film studio and entertainment distribution company in the whole wide world.

And to just clarify one last thing to y'all guys out there:

Remember the moment that just happened on this day of January 17, 2020, as after the exact period that the Walt Disney Company have bought 21st Century Fox from their former CEO and owner Rupert Murdoch for an enormous value, worth more or less, billions and billions of US dollars, they announced that the studio would change its name to "20th Century Studios", most likely to avoid any confusion with the now-separate Fox Corporation that was created earlier in 2019, thus replacing the word "Fox" with "Studios" for real.

Bukod pa rito, ire-rebrand din ng Media Serbisyo Production Corp., ang probayder sa mga konten ng DZMM Radyo Patrol 630, ang Teleradyo Serbisyo sa "DZMM Teleradyo".

Dahil dito, muling maririnig sa mga erweyb ang mga pamilyar na tunog ng DZMM, kabilang ang totoo ng himpilang “Una sa Balita, Una Sa Public Service”.

‪@RWboi‬ Here's the English version of my old post about the special event regarding radio's 100th anniversary celebration in Brazil:

The first radio broadcast in Brazil was carried out on September 7 of the year 1922, during the celebration of the centenary of Independence, with a speech by the then, President of the Republic Epitácio Pessoa.

He was in Rio de Janeiro and the receiving devices were installed in Niterói, Petrópolis and São Paulo. This moment marked the beginning of radio in Brazil. Years later, this kind of communication won over several populations, became a national passion and an important instrument for regional integration.

Through radio frequency waves, it became possible to break down geographic and social barriers, promoting access to informative and educational content across the country. The first Brazilian radio station was "Rádio Sociedade do Rio de Janeiro", founded in 1923 by the anthropologist and educator Edgard Roquette-Pinto, who also made the first ever broadcast possible, in 1922, and is considered "the father" of radio broadcasting in Brazil.

The station's main purpose was to promote the education. According to the creator, radio was the “school for those that didn't have school”. In the 1920s decade, the illiteracy rate was 65%, according to the demographic census at that time.

Despite its potential, in the beginning, radio still played on an experimental basis and began to become popular in the 1930s. Mainly after the sanction of a law by the then, president Getúlio Vargas, in 1932, which authorized the transmissions of propaganda by those stations.

This was an incentive for companies to start investing and radio devices to become more accessible. As a result, programs of popular music and entertainment, such as radio soap operas, began to gain space. In the 1950s decade, the radio experienced its “Golden Age”.

Even today, it is one of the main means of communication, capable of reaching all Brazilians, from those who live in the capitals to those in the interior of the country, in difficult-to-reach locations.

NEW FREQUENCIES - Over the years, radio has resisted and adapted to the arrival of brand-new technological resources. One of the main changes that it is going through to continue as an important instrument for providing services is the migration in frequency transmission from AM (Amplitude Modulation) over to FM (Frequency Modulation).

Radio broadcasters that operate in AM reach a much larger area, but they are much more subject to interferences and noises. On the other hand, the FM radio stations cover a smaller area, but they are contained with a significant increase in quality. Furthermore, some newer devices such as cellphones and tablets, no longer tune themselves into AM.

With the migration, it also became necessary to expand the available channels to accommodate more of these broadcasters. For this reason, there is currently what we call “extended band”, with new channels that are on the frequencies from 76.1 into 87.5 FM.
