Horror Game Analysis

Hi everyone,

I would like to apologize for my lack of presence on either channel as of late. I have still been posting on my blog, but video essay and streaming has taken a back seat as I look after myself and work on other projects in my life. However I want to get back into streaming once a week, and so will be attempting to protect NZST 2pm to 5pm roughly every Friday as a time for me to stream. I also have a video essay project that is slowly inching its way towards completion. As always, much slower than I like, my promise to get it done last month was seriously disrupted by various personal difficulties, but I am always still on the move, day by day! One step at a time - this is a lesson I am still taking to heart in all aspects of my life. Thanks for everyone's ongoing interest and support in this channel and my work, I hope that one day I am in a stable enough position to produce work for it consistently.

I have been writing a heap of video essays (as I tend to do), and as I jump from one to another and back again, I find myself dwelling on the unfinished nature of this video below. I didn't talk about the game's final two locations, and despite at the time feeling as though the video was complete, it has taken on the veneer of incompleteness as almost two years(?!?!?) has passed. I have a new angle to approach Silent Hill 2 from now as I have grown as a scholar - would people be interested in a return to Silent Hill 2, to finish it off for good?

Wow, 3000 subscribers! This feels genuinely surreal. Thanks so much to everyone for supporting my little horror obsessed channel, I never thought I'd reach this point when I started. It's very humbling to see 3K next to my channel! My sincere thanks to everyone for making it possible. I'm actively working on two videos right now - one is almost fully scripted, the other is in the video editing phase - so hopefully those will be released very soon.

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to post a few updates about the channel. Firstly, I've made another Pathologic Character Analysis video that's releasing in a few days. I'll actually be there for the premiere this time, so I hope to see you there to chat about another fascinating character, Vlad the Younger. As with all of these videos, I would dearly appreciate it if you shared it around to the rest of your friends who are interested in Pathologic!

Secondly, I have started streaming both Pathologic 2 and The Void.
