Hey my homages 😎🤘Wednesdays vlog is a bit emotional & heavy. I speak a lot about grief, healing & why I hold art so close to my heart. It’s a side of myself that no one sees. I’m not posting it or showing that side of me for attention or clout. This is simply what hard days look like for me. I think it’s healing something in me by releasing the suppressed emotions and speaking up about what it’s like to live with major depressive disorder, anxiety & PTSD. These are all things I was diagnosed with by a medical professional.
Despite the challenges I face, I continue to show up regardless of how I feel. There’s moments where I need rest & im slowly starting to listen to that small still voice that craves moments of silence, rest & solitude.

My next painting is very different from the rest of my art work. I’m working with modeling paste to make it “come to life”. Keep your eyes peeled 👀 I’m hoping I can complete it this week. It’s a bit heavy (literally), so I’m going to try and reinforce the back of the canvas 🙏
