Techworkz Media Group is seeking an experienced Product Director to guide our expanding PC sales, custom build, and repair operations. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with business strategy, ensuring our product lines deliver exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision
• Define long-term product roadmap for PCs, components, accessories, and repair services.
• Research market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging hardware technologies.
• Lead product innovation through Techworkz Labs.

PC Sales & Catalog Management
• Select product SKUs, components, and vendor partnerships.
• Manage pricing, margins, and product lifecycle.
• Approve all product listings and promotional bundles.

Custom PC Build Program
• Create build tiers, configurations, and standards.
• Oversee build quality, testing, benchmarks, and QC processes.
• Support branding and naming for in-house PC lines.

Repair & Technical Services
• Standardize diagnostics, repair workflows, and technician SOPs.
• Approve repair pricing, turnaround goals, and service tiers.
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction metrics.

Cross-Department Collaboration
• Work with support, tech, sales, logistics, and marketing teams.
• Direct product launches and marketing content creation.
• Ensure a consistent and premium Techworkz experience.
