Hello there! Today I will analyze AV Steve's psychology
So Let's start with it, We all know that Steve lost his two closest friends in front of his eyes and sees them as being Herobrine's vessels
The reason why I stated this is because this is where AV Steve gets traumatized, in here, there were two aspects of him, one is depressed Steve, other is Crazy Steve (they view themselves and their world differently)
Let's start with Depressed Steve, this aspect of his is happy once but as he loses his friends, he became depressed and constantly blame himself for the incident by considering himself as a failure, weak. He thinks that his actions are wastage and only causing trouble, he tries to make peace with both parties without causing any trouble
Crazy Steve went crazy after his tragic past but he stays positive, he gets insane by the incident and seeks for revenge and violence, he also became way too much agreesive towards his opponents unlike depressed Steve, he Don't blame himself and takes easiest way out of conflicts
Steve was able to catch up with his depressed side while he lost his connection with his crazy side which potrays a sign of having Dissociative Disorder (It's a Disorder where people loses connection with his other thoughts/aspects)
Also Steve was able to recognise those aspects by the help of Entity 303, he met with his two aspects who thinks differently for Steve's char which potrays a sign of having Dissociative Identities Disorder
Fudge also differenciated those two aspects by giving Crazy Steve glowing eyes and giving those aspects different personalities and thinkings
So Steve has Dissociative Disorder and Both of his aspects are mentally ill (Because Crazy Steve went crazy too much, while depressed Steve suffers from his depression and anxiety)
People also argues that he has Dissociative Identities Disorder by witnessing a sign within him but I found Dissociative Disorder more valid than D.I.D
Hello there! Js as I promised, I will now Analyze Thorfinn's ideology
So Let's start with it, We all know that Thorfinn lost Thors (his father) from his Backstory, In S1 of Vinland Saga, Thorfinn was full of hatred and seek for revenge of his father death
But as the show giving Thorfinn flashbacks, Thors ideals were revealed, Thors told Thorfinn that he has no enemies and violenece/revenge is not the key of solving problems
The reason why I described Thors ideals is because this where Thorfinn started to change himself, his violence were being removed and he made his heart pure, Thorfinn learnt to forgive people
He believes that he has no enemies, everybody deserves to be better, to be forgiven and his beliefs are so strong that he took 100 punches from his opposite side, He even changed Prince Kanot's perspective
Also he learnt that fleeing away is not a cowardness, but it is one of the most effective way to avoid violence, we are able to realize it by the conversation between Thorfinn and Kanot in S2
So in short Let's describe Thorfinn's ideology
Thorfinn believes to the fact that no one deserves to have enemies, He prirotized freedom, peace and forgiveness and refuse to be in violence or hurt people
He also learnt that Fleeing away is also an effective way to avoid violence, no matter how brural the insult is, no matter how much it hurts, Thorfinn learnt to forgive people, even if people wants to be in violence and Don't understand him, then fleeing away and ignoring them is a second option for him
Oh also Thorfinn learnt that Vinland can't be built in a land or an area, it can be built in people's heart, that's why Thorfinn at first made his heart pure and then went to build Vinland
So yes from Thorfinn ideology we learnt that :-
1. Fleeing away is not a cowardness, it is an effective way to avoid violence
2. Forgive your enemies no matter how much they have hurted you
3. Try to be in peace no matter how hard it sounds to be in
Sad Steve was old me, constantly being dragged by negative thoughts and tragic pasts, went through depression, consider myself as nothing but a failure and too much scared to move forward or take any steps
While Crazy Steve represents my courage, the ability to move forward (yeah that's it, otheriwse crazy Steve is totally a different personal trait)
