My journey into environment sustainability started in childhood, inspired by my parents’ deep love for nature. Watching them compost, grow food, and minimize waste taught me the importance of mindful living—lessons that shaped my mission today.

Here, I share practical ways to live more sustainably. From composting and waste reduction to slow fashion, minimalism, and conscious consumerism, my goal is to show how small changes in our daily lives can have a big impact on the environment. I also explore topics like veganism, sustainable menstrual practices, and reducing plastic use.

Sustainability isn’t just an option—it’s a necessity. Join me in making a difference.

Finding genuinely sustainable brands shouldn’t feel this hard, but it does. Too much greenwashing. Too much scrolling. So I organised everything into one list. Next time you’re shopping, start here.

Just as my mother says, “Don’t get too happy in good times, and don’t get too sad in bad times.”
There was no cake, no confetti, no crowd gathered around my screen when it hit 100K. It was just me, in my regular pyjamas, sitting quietly in front of my monitor. I don’t want ego to get in the way. I don’t want to be known for rewards. I want to be known for my work. I feel blessed, thankful, and happy. I bow in gratitude for whatever has happened so far. May nature give me the strength to keep fighting for it. Thank you all my subscribers for trusting in me and my work.

How to Travel Consciously 🌍✨

When brands choose to share their products as a token of appreciation for your work, it truly means a lot. Thank you so much to @untamed_living_ for these thoughtful items. After using them for a while, here’s my honest review of each product:

☺️First, I want to thank them for sending exactly what I needed — almost. I had requested not to include the comb, but it was still sent anyway.

🪒Razor – I already had a reusable steel razor, but it was quite heavy. I was looking for something lighter, and this one fit the bill. I’ve used it twice now. It feels safe and smooth to use — seems like there’s a coating on it that helps prevent cuts, which let me use it quickly without worry. The only downside: the blade head tends to come off mid-use, which is a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, a great product.

🧋Straws – I owned steel straws, but none wide enough for thick shakes. These are perfect. I was worried about bamboo material leaving a weird taste or texture, but there’s nothing like that — they’re clean and easy to use.

🪥Brushes – Haven’t used them yet, so can’t comment much for now.

🪮Comb – Still getting used to it, but it seems to be good quality.

📦The only improvement I’d suggest is removing the thin, shiny plastic layer on the cardboard packaging to make it completely plastic-free

It's been about 10 days since I took a break from creating content. I mentioned it on Instagram but forgot to update YouTube. So, for those wondering, here's the update! I’ll need a little more time before making a comeback. Thanks for your patience!

A year ago, I started this journey, pouring my heart into every script, video, and conversation. I found joy in sharing, in building a community that asked thoughtful questions, shared their climate anxiety, and supported this mission. I still remember the rush of my first 10K views, the disbelief at 100K, then a million, then 10 million.

But for the last few weeks, I have been feeling lost and stuck. My mind is cluttered, my energy drained. I set up my camera, but the words don’t come. And it’s not that I’m out of ideas—I have more than I can count—but right now, I need to pause. To breathe. To reset.

So, I’m stepping away for a while—maybe a week, maybe a month. I’ll plant, read, write, reflect, and spend time with the people I love. I’ll be uninstalling social media for now, but I promise I’ll be back—stronger, clearer, and ready to continue this journey with you.

To everyone who has supported me—thank you. You make this worth it. Please send me strength, and if you ever need me, I’ll still be here. Just message me on Instagram💚

See you soon🌿
