I never thought I would say this, I think it’s time for me to step away from YouTube. I started this journey with so much excitement, hope, and love for creating, but lately it has been really difficult for me to continue. No views, very little growth in subscribers, constant glitches from YouTube, and the amount of hate I’ve received have slowly drained my motivation and happiness. I tried to stay strong and keep posting, hoping things would improve, but sometimes it feels like no matter how much effort I put in, nothing changes. It hurts to see something you care about so much not growing the way you hoped.
This decision isn’t easy for me because YouTube gave me so many memories and allowed me to meet some truly amazing people. I’m grateful for everyone who supported me, liked my content, commented, and stayed with me during this journey. Your kindness meant more to me than you could ever imagine. But right now, I feel like I need to take a step back and focus on myself, because constantly feeling disappointed and exhausted isn’t healthy.
