Alma Del Core;
"Soul Of My Heart;" the theme here is constant love defeats treachery.
A haven for the curious, the seeking, and the devoted.
From Betrayal to Blessing: A Journey of Faith and Devotion.
In the dawn of Christianity, there was no label to claim, only followers of Jesus, united as one. The term "Catholic" embraced all, meaning "universal" and "all-encompassing". The original church of Jesus, founded by Peter, stood as a beacon of unity. Within its sacred traditions, seven sacraments shone bright.
The term "Catholic" whispers secrets of a timeless and universal love, embracing all who seek solace in its ancient embrace. This mystical word, born from the Greek "katholikos," carries the essence of unity and inclusivity, transcending borders and boundaries.
The Catholic faith is a masterful symphony of love, played on the strings of the human heart.

“In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
— John 16:33
These are difficult times—perhaps more than ever—for Christians. Many claim the faith, yet do not fully understand or follow Scripture in its true context. It warns us that wars will come. As Christians, we are called to pray for peace and to stand with the helpless, the poor, and the weak. Those who are unjustly treated. But also to respect our leaders, as chosen by God.
Romans 13:1–2
“Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.”
But this is so hard to practice in reality, in our world today filled with so much political influence.
It has become clear that many struggle to see what true injustice is and who is strong and who is weak — who is the hero and who is the villan. That suffering exists on all sides in all parts of the world and wars have always existed since the beginning of time. That to God, no life holds greater value than another.
Few of us are called into political roles as followers of Christ. Instead, Scripture calls us to pray—for peace, for our leaders (our Pope and state and country leaders), and for the souls of all people—and to become peacemakers in our own daily lives with those we meet and those we interact with online and in life. As far as it depends on us.
The most powerful thing we can do as believers in the face of distant war or injustice is to pray, to surrender, and to trust God to make right what only He can. In his Devine wisdom, within his Devine plan.
Sometimes what looks bad and like chaos, disorder and anarchy, is simply God answering prayers and God bringing order, true liberation and freedom for those who trust him.
God's mind is not ours to comprehend. We are only dust and to dust we shall return.
We cannot fully understand the mind of God or why He allows such contrasting realities to exist in one world. But as Christians, we must not be selective in our compassion, biased in our views, led by public opinion or popular opinion. We must not let bias, prejudice, or personal preference blind us to the bigger picture of God’s truth. To God's view or even to the overall truth, which is often far more complicated than we can see.
Prayer
God bless the Catholic Church.
I pray for Pope Leo, that he may be protected and guided by God and Christ in all he says and does for the Catholic people.
God, help our leaders to resolve conflicts swiftly.
Help those who suffer under governments marked by tyranny and control—those whose lives are harmed for power and gain, and who are kept from knowing Christ, the true peacemaker and source of freedom.
Open the eyes of our world to see beyond false appearances of goodness and truth, and to recognize Your truth through the fullness of Scripture.
Mother Mary, pray for us.
May God’s angels protect all that is sacred within the Church, and reveal anything that must change for the salvation of souls and the unity of believers.
Amen.

"Feelings do not prove that prayer worked, and discomfort does not prove that prayer failed. Spiritual life includes consolations and dryness, calm and agitation. The presence of agitation does not mean God is far. It can simply mean you are human and tired."

Someone once told me,
“Take a few quiet moments with God each morning—
it’ll change your life.”
And they were right.
There’s something in that early stillness,
when the world isn't yet stirring,
that settles the soul
It takes me
from worry… to trust,
from restless hurry… to gentle acceptance,
from a sharp edge… to a softer kind of love.
Just a little time with Him at sunrise—
and somehow,
everything finds its rightful place again.

† 🕊️After the Sabbath, as Sunday morning was dawning, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb. Suddenly there the Lord came down from heaven, was a violent earthquake; an angel rolled the stone away, and sat on it. His appearance was like lightning and his clothes were white as snow. The guards were so afraid that they trembled and became like dead men.
5 The angel spoke to the women.
"You must not be afraid," he said. "I know you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. 6 He is not here; he has been raised, just as he said. Come here and see the place where he was lying. 7 Go quickly, now, and tell his disciples, 'He has been raised from death, and now he is going to Galilee ahead of you; there you will see him!' Remember what I have told you."
