Every time I hear someone say the ER are over priced. What I would like them to think is before saying such things is to think abut this: QUALITY CONTROL. Every knife is inspected, yes it comes with a tag to trace who inspected it, a lot number etc. as part of the guarantee. This costs money and time and time is money. You buy a knife for under 100 bucks it can not possibly have been inspected by anyone because something has to give in order for the price to be low. Let's not kid ourselves; the age old saying: "You get what you pay for" is sill valid today. ER are not the only ones with such QC of course but tis is one reason the price is what it is.
