Well, this is it. I've been 1 month without uploading anything, but I think that you deserve an explanation about everything that happened this month:
As you saw in my last post, I had to be operated from appendicitis. While I was at the hospital, ‪@discord‬ banned my account unfairly. A user (I'm not going to say his name) reported my discord account in revenge, just because I wanted to get away from that person, as it was a really toxic and annoying friendship. After telling that user that I wanted to get away from its attitude, this user decided to send to the Discord T&S team modified conversations saying that I was harassing that person online, and they believed it without investigating anything (They literally could have taken 10-15 minutes to see that all the information was false, and I even have screenshots that prove that I'm right and everything that this person sent to them was manipulated). I tried contacting them using their 'abuse' email, but I got a copy-pasted response saying that 'my account was banned and there's no way to recover it' (they NEVER told me the reason of my ban). After that message, I kept emailing them, but all my six, and I repeat, six emails, were ignored (four of them sent through other email accounts or using their contact webpage). Days passed, and Discord completely ignored me. And later than soon, my account Ramonizado#0001 got deleted, as you can see on the screenshot below.

"But Ramon, you can create another account and start again!" - Trust me. I tried, and I tried 9 TIMES! (I'm right now using my 10th account) But discord always ends up finding my accounts and deleting them.

I tried everything to get in touch with them, but no one decided to help me. I was completely alone at this until SOTUI (the artist) saw my case and decided to help me (I appreciate you a lot man ~).

With this, I just want to say that you should be careful with the people you meet on Discord. They can report you using false/modified evidence like texts/images, and as the Discord user support doesn't show too much interest about their users, they don't care if you get banned unfairly. So again ‪@discord‬, I invite you to send me an email to "ramonizado1@gmail.com" and I will show you that everything was planned from the beginning by that person. As you don't like to answer to users that are in trouble with their accounts, at least show that you listen to them and give me just 1 SINGLE CHANCE to explain to you how everything was just an act of childish revenge and you are wrong. (A live chat maybe?)

I literally received zero help from your T&S team and that makes me say for sure (and it's my personal opinion) that Discord has the worst user support ever created. No ban reasons, no email answers, zero care about their users, charge for a not provided service... (Read 'EXTRA' to understand this last example).
You don't have any idea of how many friends, servers, images, important conversations I lost just for your really big mistake. Thank you!

About the channel: I want to come back, but I will come back really strong with a special video.

EXTRA: When you thought that all of this was over, suddenly, *Discord charged me the monthly Nitro I was paying... FROM MY BANNED ACCOUNT!*
I already wrote them 2 emails about this incident, and they refuse to give my money back *from a service that I'm not receiving or enjoying* (I'm not sure, but at the same time I'm pretty sure that this is illegal...). Thank you again! ♥
