MY WISHES FOR 2026
In a world dominated by the logic of money and self-interest, where people are often driven by hate and jealousy, I wish for you to never lose that inner spark that keeps hope alive for a better humanity and gives you a reason to embrace this life.
I wish for you to find a place on this earth you can truly call home, and real friends with whom you can be yourself. I hope you find joy in the small things: in colors and the beauty of nature, in the scents of real food shared among laughter and love.
I wish that, if you desire it, you can change and renew yourself, and bloom like flowers do in spring. I hope you fill your days with meaningful moments instead of more clutter. I wish that, if you ever feel alone and empty, you find a reason to keep going. I wish for all your pain to fade if you are suffering. I hope you discover the quiet, hidden kindness in the world, and not just the fake niceness everyone is so ready to display.
I wish for you to be true, and to live truly.

Hi everyone! Christmas is coming, and it’s time to think about gatherings and special gifts. In Italy, we love bringing Cantucci cookies to relatives and friends and enjoying them together with a special wine or other chilled liqueurs. These are the only drinks that can soften the twice-baked cookies in your mouth—not in the glass—while enhancing their aromas.
My cantucci recipe includes a few small variations from the traditional one, but it delivers EXACTLY the look and flavor harmony of the best homemade cantucci you can find only in renowned Italian artisanal bakeries—nothing like the industrial versions.
If you want to experience what I’m talking about, it’s time to start baking! They take some practice, especially the first time.
A quick warning: this recipe was posted two years ago and contains dairy and gluten. But I promise I’ll work on a dairy-free and gluten-free version for next Christmas, for all my vegan and gluten-free friends! See you soon!

Hi everyone! I’ve been a bit absent lately—sorry for my long silence! The new house ended up needing way more work than I expected. But I’m happy to finally be writing this post from my new office/working space, which I just finished setting up today.
I’ve also started editing the next video! I really missed uploading, and this long break wasn’t planned. If you prefer to listen to my videos in their original language (English or Spanish), you can easily switch back. Here's how:
1. Click on the video.
2. Go to the video settings (the gear icon in the top right corner).
3. A window will open; click on Audio Track.
4. Select either "English Original" or "Spanish Original" to disable the automatic dubbing.

Enjoy the content in the language that works best for you! 🎉

A big thank you to the UK from the vegan and vegetarian community. It's encouraging to see schools including veganism in their curricula, helping children learn about compassion, respect, and ethical choices. This will support future generations in making more sustainable decisions and give them the chance to choose and build a better society. Many schools are also expanding their plant-based food options. Finally, a positive step towards promoting inclusivity and diversity and eliminating discriminatory attitudes. 👏🏼
