It's not too late to vote on this month's Patreon poll to decide the topic of my next short. At the moment it's a four-way tie between the NSX-R LM Road Car, Lotus Carlton, Aston V8 Vantage and Audi Pikes Peak quattro. Your vote could make a difference 😇 Link in the pinned comment.

My newest post on Patreon breaks down the process behind my Gran Turismo 4 shorts and how I decide which cars to talk about. I also go into detail on cars I've considered making shorts about and the challenges I've faced with them. Link in the pinned comment below.

I'll be putting up a poll in the coming days for my Slider-Basher supporters to decide which car I'll make a short about (last month's winner was the Chevrolet SSR, with the Mine's Lancer Evo VI close behind), so stay tuned.

Glad you're all enjoying my latest video! I've posted a retrospective to my Patreon, where I reflect on what I learned while making the video, alongside some extra facts and trivia that didn't make it into the final cut. A free sample is available to everyone, with the full retrospective available to supporters. Link in the pinned comment below.

I've uploaded a video to my second channel, demonstrating an NTSC-J exclusive exploit in Gran Turismo 4 that lets you upgrade a car for free by switching between cars and rebooting the console. There are many region differences exclusive to the NTSC-J version that aren't yet fully documented, with this being one of the most interesting ones.

After much deliberation, I've decided to set up a Patreon. There's three tiers available, with benefits including early access to long-form videos, your name credited in future uploads, deep-dive posts where I offer insights into my current research, and a monthly poll to decide the topic of my next short.

If you’d like your name to be credited in my upcoming video about Gran Turismo 4’s classic cars, there's still a few days left to join. Any support is greatly appreciated and helps keep me motivated to continue my research and make new content.

As always, my priority is to upskill the community through guides, resources and accessible content. This is primarily a means to allow supporters to get a behind-the-scenes look into my research and creation process. Link to Patreon in the pinned comment. Thank you for the support!

Work on my next video is going smoothly. The script is complete, and I'm currently in the process of recording the voiceover and preparing footage. It looks like the video will be around 15-20 minutes long, as it tells the story behind the discovery of how certain classic cars manage to break Gran Turismo 4's grip calculations. I'm aiming to finish it within the next week or so.

In the meantime, I'd like to get your thoughts on something. Gear setup is often a prominent topic in my long-form videos, and this next video will be no exception. Are there any gaps in knowledge when it comes to gear setup or the 'gear trick' that you would like clarity on? Usually I briefly mention the gear trick and point towards my "Gear Trick Explained" video for a more in-depth explanation, but I'm curious if there's anything I could explain in more detail to help fill the gaps.
