2026 se pehle, dil ko thora sa samjha dete hain.
Jo samajh nahi aaya, us par sawal krna chor dete hain.
Jo dukh ban gaya, usay dua bana dete hain.
Har cheez ka jawab milna zaroori nahi hota,
kabhi kabhi yaqeen hi kafi hota hai.
Hum ne apni taraf se poori koshish ki.
Ab jo reh gaya, woh Allah ke hawalay.
Woh behtar jaanta hai
kia acha hai hamaray liye aur kia bura.
Agar raste thakay hue lag rahe hain,
toh shayad manzil qareeb hai....
2026 ke liye koi bari wish nahi...
bas itni si dua hai ap sub k liye aur apne liye k:
Mehnat dil laga k ho,
niyyat saaf ho,
aur bharosa sirf Allah par ho.
Jo aana hai, khair ke saath aaye.
Jo jana tha, us pe sabr a jaye.

Brown Sugar – Zyada “healthy” nahi… bas thori si kam processed hai!
Aaj kal log white sugar se darte hain
aur brown sugar ko healthy option samajh lete hain.
Sach kya hai?
👉 Brown sugar bhi sugar hi hai.
Bas thori si story different hai.
Chalein asaan alfaaz mein btati hun
Brown Sugar ko healthy kyun mana jata hai?
Kyunkay general concept ye hai k:
✔️ Iska colour brown hai
✔️ Natural lagti hai
✔️ White sugar se better hogi
Lekin reality thori si different hai
Brown Sugar asal mein hoti kya hai?
🔍 Brown sugar = White sugar + molasses (Molasses sugar banane ke process mein nikalne wala gaadha, dark, meetha liquid hota hai jo brown sugar ko colour aur thora sa flavour deta hai)
Yani:
Processing kam hai brown sugar ki✔️
Thora sa molasses ka taste & colour ✔️
Koi Vitamin hain? No❌

1.White Sugar – Buri bhi hai… aur bilkul mana bhi nahi
Aaj kal hum har cheez ko ya to “poison” bol dete hain ya “superfood”.
White sugar (chini) ke sath bhi yahi hota hai.
Sach ye hai: chini buri hai agar zyada ho… lekin thori si ho to zehar nahi hoti.
Chalein easy way mein btati hun👇
White Sugar kyun buri maani jati hai?
1️⃣ Because Blood sugar achanak barhati hai
Chini khate hi blood mein sugar tez ho jati hai. Is se:
thakan hoti hai
zyada bhook lagti hai
diabetes ka risk barhta hai
2️⃣ Weight gain ho jaata hai quickly
White sugar mein calories hoti hain lekin koi nutrition nahi.
Isay kehte hain empty calories.
3️⃣ Insulin par pressure
Roz roz zyada chini insulin ko thaka deti hai — isi wajah se diabetes hoti hai.
GI kya hota hai? Glycemic Index!
GI ka matlab hota hai:
“k meethi cheez khatay hi khoon ki sugar kitni tez barhati hai?”
