❤️ Instead of doing yoga, smoking, or drinking let us pray the rosary, visit Jesus, and go to Mass.
🔎 *Sidenote* Yoga is wrong to do (many priests have spoken out about this). Smoking is not good either especially for your health. Drinking is fine in MODERATION like one drink only. Don't exceed to the point that you get drunk.

📖 The Loretto Chapel is famous for a mysterious staircase connected to Saint Joseph, the foster father of Jesus Christ. When the chapel was built in the late 1800s, the choir loft was very high, but the builders forgot to include a staircase. There was no room for a normal stairway, and a ladder would have been dangerous for the sisters. The Sisters of Loretto began praying a novena to Saint Joseph, the patron saint of carpenters, asking for help. On the ninth day, a mysterious carpenter arrived with simple tools and quietly built a beautiful spiral staircase. The staircase made two full turns, had no central support column, and was constructed without nails. After finishing the work, the carpenter disappeared without asking for payment.
