He is Joe's adopted Brother and Alexis's stalker who love her more than anything and he is more calm, gentle and inteligent.
Stanley love Joe like a Brother and Jimmy and he are Best friends and work at aslyum as therapist for people with mental issues.He lost his parents in when he was 3 years when a terorist killed his parents.
About Stanley his hate towards jhonny:
he was James's doctor and he saw James's terrible condition,he told to the people from aslyum and James's wife but they didn't listen to him.And Stanley never blammed Jake,he saw Jake as a good and caring person and standed up for him.

After he discovered Jhonny hates Joe and his psychopatic yandere side,he saw jhonny not as human being but saw him as a spoiled brat and a disgusting person,He hates jhonny more than anything and he would beat him and kill him.
A fact:
Stanley love Alexis,he think she's a good person and see her very beautifull,and in her monster form,he want her away from jhonny and after jhonny's suicide,he consoled Alexis feeling bad for her and he helped her along with Paula to escape Alexis from depression.
And he know how to fight back and he's strong mental and psychical.
