Had a great time on our annual Myrtle Beach golf trip this past week! Always great to get down there and spend a week on some beautiful courses. Ironically I didn’t get any content shot because it’s tricky to do on packed courses and keep pace of play with groups behind us.

If TikTok being deactivated is something that upsets you, think about it like this, that’s 1 less distraction in your life. Use that to your advantage. Take that time that’s now available to you and spend it getting 1% better everyday. Statistically, most people want to lose weight or get in better shape. Odds are, you’re uncertain on where to start. I made a 6 minute video that lays out the steps very clearly on how I lost 70 pounds in 2022 and have kept it off to this day and guess what??? It applies to pretty much EVERYONE. Consistency and discipline is the name of the game. Give it a watch and apply the steps, I bet your life can literally change before Summer gets here!

Prep your meals on Sundays so you don’t have to think about what to eat for the week! Got my breakfasts and lunches made and ready to go for the week. The level of stress about what to eat if you are on a fitness journey can be overwhelming but if you take the time to prep your meals, you can take quite a bit of the stress off your shoulders!
