Oscar winner Jamie Foxx will play God in the upcoming comedy Not Another Church Movie from writer-director Johnny Mack. In opposition to the Almighty will be, of course, the Devil - played by Mickey Rourke.

The son of David Hand, one of the co-directors of the famous 1937 feature-length animated film "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," has harshly criticized the new Disney Studios adaptation for its lack of "respect" for the original.

Hand, 91, said in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, "It's a completely different concept, and I just completely disagree with it." He called it a "disgrace" what the makers of the "Snow White" movie are going to show and "an attempt to do something weird with something that was such a huge success before."

"Now their thinking is so radical. They're changing plots, they're changing the thought process of the characters. They're coming up with new things, and I'm not excited about any of it," Hand complained. - Frankly, I find it offensive what they've done to some of these classic movies. There's no respect for what Disney created and what my father did. I think Walt and him are rolling over in their coffins."

Bradley Cooper is in hot water. People are dropping X all over the app formally known as Twitter outraged over his prosthetic nose in the trailer of Netflix's new Leonard Bernstein biopic Maestro. Cooper stars and directs. If you focus on the words "nose" and "Bernstein," you can guess where this is going.
Netflix dropped the trailer on Tuesday. Enough people were upset about it instead of going outside to touch grass that NBC News decided to create content about the outrage.
Leonard Bernstein was Jewish. Bradley Cooper is not. Since Bernstein had a different nose than Cooper, the actor went with a prosthetic for authenticity. Seems harmless and a normal person wouldn't even notice. But enough outraged people dropped X over it that NBC News -- a recognized legitimate and trustworthy "news" source, which is what makes this news to react to -- cherry-picked a few tweets to highlight how OUTRAGED everyone is.

The plot of "The Witcher" on Netflix has been simplified because of the "stupid audience," series producer Tomasz Bagiński told Polish publication Wyborcza.

"The audience is changing. We are abandoning the cause-and-effect chains and linear narrative that are presented in books. As for TV series, the younger the audience, the less meaningful the logic of the plot. Audiences want pure emotion. A naked emotional mix. These people grew up on TikTok and YouTube, they jump from video to video.
When a show is made for a huge mass of viewers, from different backgrounds, from different parts of the world, and most of them Americans, simplifications don't just make sense - they're necessary. It hurts us, and it hurts me, too. However, the more nuanced and complex a story is, the less viewers will watch it. Sometimes simplifications can go too far, but we have to make those decisions."
