We were recently interviewed by our friend, Jia Ping Lee, an urban rejuvenator and placemaker in Malaysia.

Jia Ping asked us, “Where do you feel the soul of Malaysia lies?” Our answer was Klang.

Klang holds a special place in our hearts because we feel an incredible sense of Malaysian authenticity there.

From the traditional kopitiams to the banana leaf curry with Ikan Goreng made from freshly caught fish from Port Klang, the laid-back cafes where time slows down, and the iconic Bak Kut Teh—Klang offers a genuine experience of Malaysian culture.

This time, we filmed our interview in Klang, the city where we truly feel the soul of Malaysia!

We joined the beach cleaning activity in Desaru organised by Tenaga Nasional Berhd and Jabatan Alam Sekitar on 4th December.
It was such a great opportunity for us to think about the environment. And it was very satisfying to pick up rubbish!
Thank you so much for this wonderful experience.
We hope that we can organise this kind of event and meet up with you guys in the future 🥳
