Hey. I'm Mugiwara, also called Mugi sometimes, I'm a cosplayer and fursuit maker from Denmark but live in Germany. I’ve been a cosplayer since 2011 years and making fursuits since 2013.
I make cosplays from a bunch of forms of media, from anime, to video games, to comic books and even my own characters, and also other peoples fursonas as commissions.
I love bringing a character to life in a costume, and I fully enjoy being able to bring my clients and fans different kinds of content every week. I’ve been making many types of cosplays but now I specialize in creature cosplays and fursuits.

For research and just out of curiosity; Which of these do you think have the highest price tag?

After posting the price breakdown video, a lot of people seem to misunderstand how the hourly wage works or just post hate (mainly on Tiktok and Facebook). It's a freelancer wage, it's different from a normal job wage. We don't have an employer, we do all the paperwork ourselves that your employer does for you, which are taxes, fees, insurances, pension, business expenses. After all that I have like 40% left, I don't keep those €60/h for myself.
Also I live in Germany, taxes and expenses are higher than e.g. the US, and so are the wages. Average freelancer wage here actually is €102/h, so mine is not that high.
And if you overall complain about the fursuit price, keep in mind that bigger makers charge way more than me. My prices are only in the middle. Also not too long a custom fursuit slot got sold for over 60k USD in an auction.
I hope this clears some misunderstanding.

Some thoughts; Since I posted the sergal 3d model timelapse I'm thinking if most people who follows my channel are even interested in that type of content. My guess is that most of you are following to see how fursuits and creature cosplays are crafted, and not how to make 3d models. So I'm thinking that I could make a separate channel just for 3d model timelapses. What do you guys think?

I'm curious which of these head base methods you prefer. Personally I really like the puzzle version with upholstery foam. If the pattern turns out right it's so easy to put together if you understand how upholstery foam works. EVA foam can be easy but you would still need tools like a heat gun to get the shape right. The carving method is my least favorite because it puts way too much strain my bad wrist while carving. So which of them are your favorite? And what type would you want more patterns of?
