What is the challenge?
A 21 day challenge which includes workouts 6 days a week, dietary guidance and a weekly check-in group meeting. All workouts are live on Zoom and the group check-in is also on Zoom. More details about the dietary guide will be provided upon enrollment. The challenge is designed to give you the tools you will need to either jumpstart or rejuvenate your fitness journey.
When is the challenge?
The challenge starts on May 5 and ends on May 25, 2025
When are the workouts?
The workout schedule is as follows: Sunday 9am, Monday- Friday at 7 pm
What equipment do I need?
-aerobic step, two sets of dumbbells (lighter and heavier weights), kettlebell (8-20 pounds depending on fitness level), booty bands, ankle weights, stability ball (yoga ball), jump rope, exercise mat, water bottle, journal, tape measure
*Equipment can be purchased on Amazon, Five Below or any other location that sells fitness equipment
