Hey all. I normally don't post much here, but I thought I put one up just to let you know I'm aware of this. If anyone has a question about writing or screenwriting or a related topic, I'm happy to make a video to answer it. If you want specific feedback on a project you're working on, I'm happy to do that for a reasonable fee.
I always warn people ahead of time that I give honest feedback, meaning that if I don't like it, I will tell you. I'm pretty picky and it's likely I'll have a list of issues with your work. That's normal, I think. It's feedback you may not want to hear, but need to hear. Some people have gotten discouraged and quit over the years. Writing is not for everyone. But I'm no wizard. You don't have to listen to my advice. You can ignore it. Who knows? Maybe it's wrong.
Why do I charge? Because time is money. You may be on a crusade to write this incredible story, but it's not my incredible story, it's yours. That's why I'm able to give you feedback, because I can see it with fresh eyes. It's very hard not to see a piece of work you love in an unbiased way. That's why you're asking for the feedback, right?
